Apache Advertising and Design was founded in 1998 by Matt Hoffpauir, honor graduate of the Art Institute of Houston and perpetual student of marketing, sales, and web design.
My goal is to do great work for great people, by providing straight forward, clean, professional print and internet graphic design that will really make a difference for your business.
This web site is a collection of graphics and articles that not only show the design style and philosophy of Apache Advertising and Design, but also serve as an educational site through the use of blog articles and reference links.
Philosophy
Design is a visual language used for communication. When quality design is combined with influential and direct copy writing, your business message serves to clarify and persuade. It becomes a form of professional expression. It sets you apart from your competitors and begins to establish your brand identity.
When designing for the web, we want to create user friendly sites that are simple to navigate and are accessible. Apache Advertising and Design prefers to build your internet presence using XHTML and CSS so you are visible to as many viewers and search engines as possible. Flash and Quicktime elements are added for a rich media experience, but not enough to distract from your message or diminish your search engine ranking.
