Serving Texans across Tomball, Spring, Humble and all areas between, Texas State Representative Debbie Riddle has been doing a superb job for district 150 since her first term in 2002.
Apache Advertising and Design is currently implementing a variety of services to increase her online presence before the next election.
We’re starting with a brand new WordPress powered site that will have an extremely strong emphasis on social networking. Representative Riddle wants to have direct contact with herconstituents, so we’ve integrated her Facebook, Twitter and Flickr accounts right into her website. This allows her website to act as a hub for all of her online activity, allowing constituents to interact with Representative Riddle and see all of her campaign activities in one convenient location.
We also provide online reputation management services for Representative Riddle. Online reputation management involves monitoring all online content that is published about you, evaluating if that content is positive or negative, and then deciding if any response or strategy is needed in order to remove or push negative results down in the search engine results. Many of the same skills used for search engine optimization can be utilized to help maintain your online reputation.
Online reputation management will become more important in the coming years for elected officials and businesses alike. For more information on how Apache Advertising and Design can help elected officials and businesses control their online reputation, please give us a call at 832.971.4905 for a free consultation.
Rusty Hoffpauir Creative Services offers sales representation for creative businesses, including Apache Advertising & Design. Under this umbrella of services, clients will have single source for internet design and marketing, print design and publishing, photography, copywriting and more.
I created the website and also worked on the logo-type for Rusty Hoffpauir Creative Services, and the incredibly talented illustrator and designer, Randy Mott, created an outstanding brochure to promote this new brand.
The Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District was created in 2001 by the 77th Texas Legislature with a directive to conserve, protect and enhance the groundwater resources of Montgomery County, Texas.
Lone Star assigned Apache Advertising & Design the task of updating the design of their current website and to improve the navigation and useability.
We are waiting for the last few content items and this project will be complete. We’ll be launching Lonestargcd.org in just a few days.
The Lower Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (LTGCD) registers applications to drill water wells, issues drilling and Operating Permits, collects groundwater information and investigates water quality in the area around Polk County Texas.
The LTGCD mission is to provide for the education, conservation, preservation, protection, recharging, and prevention of groundwater waste consistent with the objectives of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
LTGCD contacted Apache Advertising & Design because they needed a way to organize and distribute a large amount of PDF documents to people registering to drill water wells. The LTGCD.org website was created to handle this very problem.
JB Irrigation’s website was built using our robust content management system (CMS) which allows them to update their website’s content, add photo galleries, write blog posts, and more. This type of of CMS gives the client complete control to do business online the way they want to, without having to wait on anyone else to make their site updates.
In addition to web design work, our team also visited a job site and photographed the installation of a JB irrigation system. Over the course of two days we took several amazing photos of this process starting with the ground breaking and ending with the final walk through with Justin showing the client how to operate his new system. These photos will be used on their new website and in future advertisements.
If you live in the Houston area and are tired of the summer heat killing your landscape, give JB Irrigation a call.
Tarah Cranford, owner of Tarah Photography, was featured on Fox News recently to share her inspiring story. Cranford found herself out of work due to the tough economy and instead of continuing to look for a job in the same field, she took matters into her own hands and was able to turn her passion for photography into a successful new career.
When asked about the first steps that she took to market her new business, her answer was very interesting. Did she take out a yellow page ad? Did she purchase magazine ads, or perhaps a billboard? No. The very first step taken was to revise her web site and to invest in search engine optimization (SEO).
Her online marketing efforts show that the most cost effective and successful means of marketing a business is still online. Whether you are starting a new career like Tarah, or if you are looking to grow your existing business, investing in your online presence is vital to your success.
The new web site for the Lower Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (LTGCD.org) is just about ready to launch. Bill Jacobs, the District’s General Manager, handed me the final documents to be added to the site this morning.
In an early morning meeting at the office of Bill Jacobs, we finalized our plan for the creation of a new web site for the Lower Trinity Groundwater Conservation District.
Groundwater conservation districts have the power and duty to manage underground water as defined in chapter 36 of the Texas water code. A prime duty of the department is issuing the licences required for water well drilling and other related projects.
The main challenge with this web site project will be the organization of several documents for the user to download in PDF format. The interface needs to be simple to navigate so that their clients can obtain the proper document in the shortest amount of time and with fast page loads.
Since this project will not be graphically intense, I’m looking forward to this opportunity to stretch out, challenge myself, and focus on my CSS skills to provide them with a elegant web site design.
I’ll be posting the final result in the portfolio section soon in just a few weeks. Check back soon!
If you work for or know of a deserving non-profit, you can nominate it for the donation. Any registered, non-profit organization with operations based in Oklahoma is eligible to receive the website donation.
After receiving permission from each finalist, Element Fusion will put the finalists and their stories up for a public vote on this website. The public vote will be weighed in along with input from Element Fusion’s selection panel in choosing the final winner.
The final web site will be valued at over $4000 and will certainly help one lucky non-profit organization and their local community. I am inspired by the contest that Element fusion is doing and I am strongly considering a similar give away in my own local community. Stay tuned for updates.
